This multi-functional venue was designed to maximize rental versatility through a high-efficiency layout. To balance diverse programming with cost-effectiveness, the design allows for seamless transitions between a Gallery setting—focused on displays and lounge areas—and a Dining configuration featuring a bar and DJ zone, all with minimal physical reconfiguration. By prioritizing strategic FF&E selection over structural changes, the space achieves two distinct atmospheres while maintaining the client's vision and operational budget.
位於洛杉磯，旨在打造一個兼具多功能與成本效益的活動場地。為了在預算控管下實現空間最大化利用，我們設計了僅需最小程度變動即可切換的佈局方案：從側重展陳與休憩的「藝廊模式」，快速轉化為整合吧台與 DJ 區的「餐飲模式」。透過精準的 FF&E 家具陳設優化，使場地能在不增加硬體改裝成本的前提下，靈活應對各種租賃需求並精準落實設計願景。
